Home maintenance, diagnosed properly
Most faults get misdiagnosed because nobody measures first. We start with the pattern — which rooms, what time of day, sudden or gradual — and work from evidence rather than a guess. You get told what is wrong, what it costs, and what happens if you leave it. We work on houses across Dubai and we specialise in villas, where the plant sits on the roof and almost nothing behaves the way it does in a flat.
01Start with the symptom
Pick whichever is closest to what you are seeing. Each one leads to how we diagnose it.
02The trades we cover
Eleven trades, one team for the whole property. We service and repair — we do not build or renovate, and we will say so when a job belongs to someone else.
Home MaintenanceAir Conditioning
Weak cooling, short-cycling, condensate overflow and zone failures across multi-unit villa systems.
Plumbing
Concealed leaks, pressure loss across two and three storeys, drainage faults and pump problems.
Electrical
Nuisance tripping, outdoor and garden circuit faults, distribution board loading and socket failures.
Water Tanks
Scheduled tank cleaning, plus diagnosis of taste, odour, sediment and level-control faults.
Painting & Finishes
Interior repaints, exterior elevations, and the crack repair that has to happen first.
Waterproofing
Roof and terrace ingress, wet-area membrane failure, and planter and balcony detailing.
Carpentry
Doors, hinges, wardrobes, skirting and the outdoor timber a villa has and an apartment does not.
Handyman
Secure fixings, mounting, sealant and the list of small jobs that belongs to no single trade.
Pool Maintenance
Water chemistry, filtration and pump faults, and the seasonal swing in demand. Servicing only — not construction.
Irrigation & Landscape
Zone failures, solenoid valves, controllers and buried line leaks across villa gardens.
Gates & Automation
Sliding and swing gate motors, remotes and receivers, safety sensors and access control.
03How we work
Measure before quoting
Air temperatures at the grille, pressure at the condenser, the meter with everything closed. Numbers first. We do not open a system on a hunch, and we do not price work before we know what the work is.
Tell you what it costs before starting
You get the finding, the price and the consequence of leaving it. Then you decide. Nothing gets done because a technician was already on site and it seemed easier to proceed.
Say when it is not our job
We maintain and repair. We do not build pools, we do not do renovations, and we will not stretch into work we are not the right people for. That answer costs us jobs and it is still the right one.
Show the fix worked
We re-measure at the same points after the repair, so the result is demonstrated rather than asserted. If a fault is intermittent we cycle it several times before calling it done.
04Describe your fault
Tell us what the property is doing
Describe the fault in as much detail as you can — which rooms, when it started, whether it changed suddenly or drifted. The more specific you are, the better prepared we arrive.
