What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this site we collect the details you type into the form: your name, your email address, the villa system your enquiry relates to, and your description of the fault. We also collect standard technical information that any web server records, such as your IP address and browser type.
Why we collect it
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, to arrange a diagnostic visit, and to prepare a quote. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is seen by the people who need it to do the work: our coordinators and the technician assigned to your villa. Nobody outside that group receives it unless you ask us to involve someone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet applicable record-keeping obligations in the UAE. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will respond.
