These terms apply to enquiries made through this website and to maintenance and repair work we carry out as a result. They do not replace any written quotation or scope of work we issue for a specific job — where the two differ, the job-specific document takes precedence.
Cost ranges shown on this site are indicative and exist to give you a realistic expectation before anyone visits. They are not quotations. A firm price is given after a technician has inspected the fault, and no chargeable work begins until you have accepted that price.
Where a fault needs to be diagnosed before it can be priced, the diagnostic visit itself may be chargeable. We tell you that in advance, including the amount, so you are never surprised by an invoice for a visit you thought was free.
We carry out maintenance and repair of existing villa systems. We do not undertake construction, pool building, or renovation and fit-out projects. Where an enquiry falls outside what we do, we will say so rather than take the work on.
We stand behind the work we carry out. Where a repair we performed fails in the same mode within the agreed period, we return and put it right. This does not cover a different fault, a fault caused by other parties, or normal wear of components we did not supply.
We need safe access to the areas we are working in, including roofs, pump rooms and plant spaces. Where access cannot be made safe, we will stop and explain what is needed. We will not carry out work in conditions we consider unsafe.
Timelines assume normal conditions. Weather, utility interruptions, parts availability and building or community access restrictions can move a schedule. Where that happens we tell you as soon as we know rather than after the fact.
The diagnostic guidance published here is general information about how faults typically present. It is not a substitute for inspection of your specific property, and it should not be relied on as instruction to carry out work yourself — particularly anything involving electrical supply, refrigerant, or roof access.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
