03WHAT WE MEASURE
We check hinge play, post plumb and frame squareness, then motor settings once the gate swings freely. A gate that drags overloads the motor and its safety settings.

Villa swing gates are heavy and often clad, hung on posts that take sun, irrigation and years of use. Small hinge wear shows up as a large drop at the free end.
